HOSPITALITY AREAS & PREMIUM SEATING POlICIES & PROCEDURES

The following applies to all Premium Seating and Hospitality Areas including single-game suite rentals.

DISCOUNT, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICIES

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposits are per area/per game.
  • Deposits made by check must be received within seven (7) days of reservation unless within 45 days of game date.
  • Opening Day and Group Select Games must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Final payment for the hospitality area minimum must be made no later than 45 days prior to game date.
  • Loss of reservation and forfeiture of deposit if balance is not received by scheduled date.
  • A signed copy of the Group Hospitality Contract must accompany all deposits for hospitality/suite bookings.
  • Due to high demand, suites, hospitality areas and premium seats are not eligible for refunds.
DISCOUNT POLICIES

(Excludes Hospitality Areas & Premium Seating) Groups of 25 or more qualify for a discount when purchased through the Reds Group Sales Offi ce in advance of game day.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

(Excludes Hospitality Areas & Premium Seating)

  • Payment in full is due at the time of booking.
  • Groups requiring payment by check will have

10 days from the date of invoice to remit payment before seats are released.
