The Oakland A's announced today that infielder Steve Tolleson has cleared waivers and has been outrighted to Triple-A Sacramento. Tolleson was designated for assignment Jan. 19 when the A's signed Brian Fuentes and will report to the A's Major League camp this spring as a non-roster invitee. He made his Major League debut with Oakland in 2010, hitting .286 with a home run and four RBI in 25 games over two stints. The 27-year old spent the balance of the season with Triple-A Sacramento, where he batted .332 with nine home runs and 43 RBI in 80 games.
