In tee ball, your team rituals probably included sucking on orange slices and ice cream parties. During your high school years, you may have listened to the song of the week or played pepper behind the backstop. In the big leagues, some players wear golden thongs.
Well, Team New Zealand took on Chinese Taipei in a World Baseball Classic qualifier on Thursday and broke out into their traditional "haka" dance. It's an ancestral war cry of the Maori culture that the country's All Blacks rugby team made famous. It's absolutely terrifying.
By the way, Chinese Taipei took the game 10-0.
