This guide is designed to assist our fans by presenting information about Oakland Athletics / O.co Coliseum offerings and accommodations. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use.
The Oakland A's and Aramark Sports & Entertainment each work hard to promote responsible alcoholic beverage sales and use, as outlined by "T.E.A.M.", or Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management. We strive to make sure alcohol is responsibly served and consumed by guests attending A's games.
The only animals allowed in the stadium are certified service animals. Service animals in training will not be permitted to enter the stadium unless they are authorized by the VP of Stadium Operations. Special tickets and pre-submitted documents are required for Dog Day, which will be held on June 28, 2013.
The Fan Center is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 120, and is our centralized location for A's services and programs provided at each home game. Information and services provided by Guest Relations, the Kids I.D. Program, the Designated Driver Program, the Group Sales and Season Ticket Information Table, and on selected dates, the Community Relations Silent Auction benefiting our Community Fund can all be found at this convenient location.
Amplification devices for guests with hearing impairments are available at both the First Aid Offices on the Main Concourse.
Guests may request autographs from the players from the time gates open until 45 minutes prior to game time from either dugout; however, consideration should be given to guests possessing tickets for these areas.
ATM machines are located throughout the stadium in the following locations:
AAA Automobile Club will be available every game to assist all guests with car problems, starting at the top of the eighth inning. Guests should go to either the North or South Flag Pole outside the stadium to meet AAA. Please keep in mind that there is one truck on the premises, and that if it leaves the property with another car, it will not return. Guests do not have to be AAA members as there is no charge for the AAA services that do not require towing. Bike Patrol officers are available for assisting guests in contacting AAA.
The Bar & Grille, available for use by all ticketed fans, features a full bar with multiple flat screen televisions. Enjoy a selection of sandwiches and fresh salads from the deli area.
Access to O.co Coliseum via Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is available by exiting at O.co Coliseum/Airport BART Station on the Fremont/Richmond line or Dublin/Pleasanton line. There are additional ramps leading to the north lot (A Gate) and to the south lot (B Gate). BART service from O.co Coliseum runs with the last train leaving at approximately midnight. For the safety of our guests, ball retrievers are not permitted in the stadium during A's games. Guests must return them to their car before entering the stadium. Ball retrievers confiscated inside the stadium will not be returned.

Management reserves the right to remove any bats from the stadium at any time for any reason they find necessary. Baseball bats are permitted for autographs before the game only. Once the batting cage is pulled (45 min. before game time), all bats must be checked in at the Security Office in Section 126 for pick up after the game.

Based on the pre-game schedule and team's discretion, batting practice and infield are subject to cancellation at any time.
For assistance and safety in the parking lots the A's provide bike patrol units at all games. Bike Patrol Officers will have the capacity to serve guests as escorts to their cars, contacting and locating AAA, and monitoring the parking lots.
Stomper Fun Zone Birthday Bash! Birthday celebration packages are available for guests to celebrate their child's birthday at the ballpark. These events will take place in the Stomper Fun Zone prior to the start of the game on a Saturday or Sunday.
The Box Office is open for every A's home game. The Box Office opens at 10 a.m. The Box Office is open on gamedays until 30 minutes after the game at the D Gate Box Office.

Ticket kiosks are located outside and inside O.co Coliseum for purchase of tickets or Will Call pick up.
Tickets for individual games may also be charged by phone at (877) 493-BALL (2255).
For the safety of our guests, brooms, sticks and poles are not permitted at O.co Coliseum. On days that the A's are going for a sweep, small whiskbrooms will be permitted. Brooms may not exceed four feet in height. No sticks, and/or metal poles of any type are permitted at any time.
These items are not permitted into the stadium at any time.
Cameras and videos are allowed in the stadium during all regular season baseball games as long as they are not for commercial use. Both cameras and videos must be hand held; tripods cannot be set up in the seating areas or the aisles (monopods are allowed), and must not block the view of the ball game for other guests.

All bags must be no larger than 16" x16" x 8". All bags, including backpacks and purses, are subject to search. No cans, weapons, glass containers or alcohol are allowed into the stadium at any time. No hard-sided coolers of any size are permitted. Diaper bags are permitted in regardless of size, for guests accompanied by their babies. Strollers must be small enough to keep out of walkways and aisles or be checked into the Security Office 126 or First Aid 109.
Guest cellular phones are allowed as long as they do not distract from the enjoyment of other guests. Repeated use may constitute a warning. Failure to comply may result in being asked to check the phone in at the Security Office at Sec. 126.
All guests 24 months or older must have an appropriate ticket for entry. Toddlers under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter O.co Coliseum, but they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Please be considerate to those seated around you. Strollers are permitted entry. Strollers, however, must be small enough or collapsible to keep out of walkways and aisles and placed under seats, or be checked into the Security Office at Section 126 or First Aid at Section 109.
Closed Captioning: Available at no charge to all fans through the MLB.com At the Ballpark application. Download the application to your Android or Apple mobile device from the Google Play, Amazon, or App Store. Select the O.co Coliseum and tap on the Closed Caption option. For guests that do not have a cell phone with internet capabilities, devices can be obtained by visiting A's Guest Relations at Sec. 120 in the A's Fan Center. A refundable deposit via a valid credit card must be used to secure the device while in use during the game. The device must be returned at the end of the game.

The Oakland Athletics reserves unto itself the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior. Any guest that fails to comply with any of the above stated policies is subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.
The Community Relations Department handles all requests for donations, auction items and speakers. In order to request a donation for you organization, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
All requests must be submitted in writing on your organization's letterhead six to eight weeks prior to the date of your event. Due to the large amount of requests, we must limit our donations to those groups in Northern California.

To encourage guests to drink responsibly, anyone who has a valid driver's license and is of legal drinking age (21 years old) is eligible for the Designated Driver Program, which entitles them to a complimentary soda. Designated Driver booths are located at Section 120, in the A's Fan Center, and at Section 216, beginning when the gates open, through the end of the second inning.

Our specialized service team, provided free of charge, helps guests needing special assistance during A's games. The A's Team provides assistance to our guests in various ways, including wheelchair service, transportation on golf carts, assisting the visually impaired to and from their seats, transportation to and from the BART Plaza, and answers to common questions. A's Team service begins 15 minutes prior to opening of gates and ends 30 minutes after the last out. Guests with tickets for sections 100-134, including Bleachers should enter through C or D Gates. For access to sections 200-234 or Plaza Reserved, guests should use the Plaza Club Entrance, or either of the entrance gates (LL, MM) off the BART Plaza.
Guests can be dropped off at C and D Gates. After dropping off, autos must then exit the property or park in the regular parking lots.
Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to the Club Concourse. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club Entrance, across from the Arena.
Three elevators allow guests with disabilities access to all levels of the East Side Structure, including the Plaza Suites (67-96), Plaza Reserved, East Side Club Suites (67-96), and East Side Loge Suites (67-96). These elevators are accessed via the Main Concourse at Section 143, or via the BART Plaza.
An elevator allowing access to the MVP Infield/MVP/Lower Box Sections wheelchair accessible seats in Row 20 is located in the right field corner at Section 101, inside B Gate. A Guest Services Team Member is staffed at this location to assist guests. This elevator takes guests from the Main Concourse to the Lower Cross Aisle between rows 20 and 21 of the Field Level Sections (100-134).
All Stadium entry gates are disabled accessible.
Emergency treatment may be administered at the First Aid Office behind section 109 (inside C Gate). For larger attendance games, there is an additional First Aid Office at section 141 on the Main Concourse behind centerfield.
Parking stalls for the disabled are located in all four public parking lots. Disabled parking stalls are available on a first come, first serve basis. The space nearest the facility at the end of each row is clearly marked with a disabled parking symbol.
There are wheelchair accessible spaces available for sale throughout most levels of the stadium. With the exception of the Bleachers, all accessible seating is reserved. Companion seats adjacent to wheelchair accessible seating is available in MVP Infield, MVP Box, Field Infield, Field Level, Lower Box, Plaza Infield, Bleachers and Plaza Reserved seating locations.

Located at Section 109 (inside C Gate) on the Main Concourse. A second first aid office will be open on the Main Concourse at Section 141 in center field during high attendance games.
Aramark Sports & Entertainment provides food and beverage services for the Bar & Grille, Eastside Club, Luxury Suites, and all of our Premium Seating areas. Traditional ballpark fare is also offered throughout the stadium by Aramark Sports & Entertainment. Specialty items such as BBQ, pizza, and garlic fries can also be found at specific Aramark concession stands.
Game notes are available to season ticket holders during each home game at the merchandise store and Guest Relations Sec. 120. Guests in the Luxury Suite area will have access to the game notes through the Luxury Suite Concierge.

Guest Relations is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 120 in the A's Fan Center. The friendly and knowledgeable Guest Relations Staff is available to assist our guests with potential questions, comments or concerns. From stadium policies to the nearest specialty food stands, our guests' needs are our top priority for the Guest Relations Staff. Open for business from gate opening until the crowd clears, Guest Relations is in place to help ensure that our guests receive outstanding customer service at the stadium.
The individuals who catch them may keep home run and foul balls. Guests entering unauthorized areas of the stadium to retrieve home runs and throwing balls back on the field are subject to ejection and/or arrest for trespassing.
The Oakland A's Kids Club is for youth 14 and under. For $20, members receive exclusive A's Kids Club merchandise, game tickets and much more.

Young fans may obtain a free Oakland A's wristband with their name and seat location written on it for identification purposes. Children may also purchase an Oakland A's ID card with lanyard with their name, emergency contact number and seat location written on it. Oakland A's ID wristbands and ID cards are available each game at the Kids ID Booth at Section 120 in the A's Fan Center until the end of the 2nd Inning.
Laser pointers and similar items are prohibited. Anyone who is observed using a laser pointer will be ejected from the stadium and the device to be confiscated. Any laser pointer, which is confiscated, will not be returned.
Lost and found items are turned into the Security Office at Section 126 during our games. Any unclaimed items are sent to our Lost and Found Department at the conclusion of our ballgames. Guests can call (510) 383-4660 on the following business day to check on items that were turned in.

Those interested in performing the National Anthem at an Oakland A's home game may send a recording to:
An acappella CD or DVD of the performer singing the anthem (sung traditional and in under a minute thirty) must be submitted to be considered.
Noisemakers, cowbells, air horns, drums, cell phones, and all items that make a noise are allowed in the stadium. However, their use, frequency and location are at the discretion of management. If there are complaints about these items being used, their use should be stopped. If necessary, the item may be checked into the Security Office Sec. 126 until the end of the game.
Women looking for a private area to nurse infants can go to the First Aid Station at Sec. 109. A small partition and table area and a private restroom facility are available (space may be limited) inside the First Aid Office.

Sec. 6-3.19 states it is unlawful to sell or offer for sale goods on O.co Coliseum property without written authorization from the Oakland A's. This includes tickets, even when offered for face value.
Business and Professional Code Article I, Sec. 25607, makes it unlawful to have in possession in the stadium, alcoholic beverages not purchased on the premises from the licensee.
Parking for A's games opens two and one half hours prior to game time. The fee for parking is $17 for cars (no bills larger than $20 accepted), $30 for limousines, and $30 for buses. Guests with cars are entitled to only one parking stall per parking fee. ACE Parking collects the parking fee at the parking entrance gates, and directs traffic as necessary within the lots and along the access roads. View the Parking Map »
Reservations are accepted for party facilities available throughout O.co Coliseum for groups of 20-3,000 people. The A's offer a number of indoor and outdoor areas for groups. For more information or to make reservations, please call (510) 563-2339.
Anyone wishing to distribute leaflets must receive written permission from the VP of Stadium Operations of the Oakland A's. Petitioners are allowed to seek signatures from guests in the parking lots away from all stadium entrances.
Paging of guests is not permitted unless the situation is an emergency. Refer requests and phone calls deemed emergencies to the Security Office Sec. 126.

Suites are available to rent on a seasonal or per game basis. Information is available at the Ticket Services Office, the Suite Concierge Desk located on the Club Concourse at Section 217, or by calling (510) 563-2313.
Exclusive to 183 seats, and just 60 feet behind home plate is the NetSuite Diamond Level. To get to your seat, a private entrance is offered through the visiting team tunnel at the South Gate in E-Lot. From inside the stadium, the Net Suite Diamond Level can be accessed behind section 113. Included in the price of the ticket is unlimited food and beverage (2 alcoholic), promotional giveaway itrems, and an E-Lot Parking pass. Parking passes are ONLY available when purchased directly from the A's and at least 1 week prior to the game. Parking passes will be emailed to you the week before your game. There is a First Base Field Box and a Third Base Field Box. The First Base Field Box is located down the first base line, between the visitor's dugout and bullpen. Access to the First Base Field Box from the Main Concourse at Section 109. The Third Base Field Box is located down the third base line, between the A's dugout and bullpen. Access to the Third Base Field Box is from the Main Concourse at Section 125. The Field Box offers a limited menu of ballpark food and beverages for in-seat ordering.
Press with passes enter the stadium through the North Pass Gate, located in F Lot. Press passes can be picked up at Will Call located on the Plaza. Press who pick up Passes at Will Call may also enter at the Plaza Entry.

Name in Lights Program - For a donation to the A's Community Fund, guests can send a birthday, anniversary, and or special message to family and friends on the stadium's matrix board. A photo of your message can be emailed to the purchaser for an additional fee. The messages are limited in length and must be received 24 hours prior to the start of the game.

The Security Office is located at Section 126 (D Gate) on the Main Concourse. This office opens approximately 30 minutes prior to stadium gate opening, and remains open for approximately 30 minutes after the game ends.

O.co Coliseum is "Smoke Free" in accordance with City of Oakland Municipal Code 8.30.040. Based on this "Smoke Free" ordinance, designated smoking areas no longer exist in or near the stadium. O.co Coliseum is a non-smoking facility.

The Stomper Fun Zone is located on the Club Concourse behind Section 220. Guests may take their children to this interactive area to enjoy the speed pitch game, batting cage, coin operated rides, win prizes and more. The Stomper Fun Zone is open every home game during the summer months of June, July, and August. The Fun Zone is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday home games during April, May, and September. The Fun Zone opens when the stadium gates open and closes after the last out of the 8th inning. Stomper visits the Fun Zone during the 7th inning during weekend home games, for autographs and photo sessions. Guests may reserve tailgate areas during all Oakland A's home games, based on availability. Each tailgate area can accommodate groups of 50 people or more. There are fees associated with reserving tailgate areas.
Taxi cabs can also be picked up at the Coliseum/Airport BART Station on San Leandro Blvd. (across the BART Bridge to the Coliseum) without a reservation. Guests can access the BART Station by crossing the BART Ramp located between LL and MM Gates.
The Ticket Services Office is located across from the Arena Box Office, is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the season. On game days the Ticket Services Office is open three hours prior to game time and remains open until the middle of the 7th inning. The Ticket Services Office can be accessed from both the outside of O.co Coliseum and inside O.co Coliseum by walking up the ramp directly behind Section 120 or 113.
The Stadium Operations Department offers both individual and group tours. Tours are available by appointment only on non-game days, Monday- Friday, 10am – 4pm. Tours are available from April through August. Tours are $8.00 per person, $5.00 for children under 12, seniors over 60 and all active Military personnel. We also offer private group tours for $150.00 for groups up to 25 people.
Stadium Tours are also available for photo opportunities (engagement, wedding, baptisms, new-born babies, family portraits, etc) for $150.00 per hour, maximum of 2 hours. All Will Call tickets can be picked up on the Plaza on the West side of the stadium. Will Call opens two and a half (2.5) hours prior to the game and closes in the middle of the 7th inning. Will Call is then moved to the receptionist desk inside the stadium until the end of the game. Guests must show picture identification at Will Call in order to pick up their tickets. Bypass Will Call when purchasing tickets by utilizing digital ticket delivery, including A's FanPass. For Postseason games, fans will not be allowed to leave tickets at Will Call. Ticket distribution must be done through other channels for the playoffs.
