Athletics Team Assistance and Disabled Access
THE A'S TEAM is a specialized service dedicated to helping guests with special assistance during A's games. The A's Team provides assistance to our guests in various ways, including wheelchair escorts, shuttle transportation service around the exterior of the Stadium, escorts for the visually impaired, BART transportation assistance, and providing answers to guest's questions.

The A's Team is a trained and dedicated staff able to assist guests that have difficulties getting around the Stadium. A's Team services are provided free of charge as a courtesy to our guests. Best of all, there is no need to make an appointment. All you have to do is ask any of our Guest Services staff, and they will contact the A's Team for you.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
A's Team Shuttles are multi-passenger vehicles that run continuous routes along the perimeter of the Stadium. This service is available to elderly, disabled and pregnant guests only. Shuttle pick-up locations are the BART Plaza and the Plaza between the Coliseum and Arena. They will also pick up guests anywhere along the perimeter of the Stadium and drop off guests at their desired gates. Simply flag down a Shuttle, and they will be happy to pick you up. For safety reasons, A's Team golf carts are not permitted to drive into the Parking Lots or across the BART Ramp.
