A's Wine at Oakland Coliseum

Age appropriate fans visiting the Coliseum this season can enjoy two new Private Label wines selected by the Oakland A's. The 2015 Chardonnay and the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon were created by the Terravant Winemaking team, led by Senior Winemaker Anna Clifford. The winemaking team sets an annual goal to deliver a consistent flavor profile of the highest quality for the California Premium Tier of Wines.

Oakland A's Chardonnay
  • California Appellation - California Premium Chardonnay grapes sourced from growers in the North Coast, the Central Valley, and predominantly from the Central Coast.
  • Alcohol is 13.8%
  • Flavor profile: This Chardonnay gives off aromas of Buttercup, sliced Golden Delicious apples, touches of toasty oak, and brown sugar.
  • On the palate there are notes of Meyer Lemon and a hint of wildflower honey.

  • California Appellation - California Premium Cabernet Sauvignon grapes sourced from growers in Lodi, Clarksburg, and from the Central Coast.
  • Alcohol is 13%
  • Flavor profile: This Cabernet omits a bouquet of dried Figs, Blackcurrant, and Tobacco leaves.
  • Mouthfeel has Anise, Licorice and Blackberry Jam with notes of Clove and Vanilla.

Terravant Winery is located in the Santa Ynez Valley, and as a result, has strong ties to the Wineries and Vineyards throughout the Santa Barbara region.
