The Community Relations Department handles all requests for donations (tickets or otherwise). In order to request a donation for you organization, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
All requests must be submitted in writing on your organization's letterhead six to eight weeks
prior to the date of your event. Due to the large amount of requests we receive, we must limit our donations to those groups located within Northern California. In addition, donations are limited to one request per organization within a baseball season. In order to ensure the authenticity of each request we DO NOT accept requests via fax, e-mail or over the phone
Each request should include the following information:
- Brief summary of your organization and whom it benefits
- The date of your event and deadline for response
- Your organization's mailing address, contact name and daytime phone number
- Your organization's Federal Tax identification number
All donations are filed through the same database so please send only ONE donation letter request.
