CommunityThe Oakland A's Community Fund supports charitable organizations in improving the quality of life for people throughout the Bay Area. Specifically, the fund endeavors to improve educational programs, aid the underprivileged, assist in crime and drug prevention, promote health awareness, and champion children and senior welfare. The Community Fund believes in the need to invest in the community's future.

Last year's Breast Cancer Awareness Day was Sept. 4, and consisted of a daylong celebration of survivorship honoring those who have battled breast cancer. More info »
