In-Kind Donations

The Athletics are dedicated to giving back to the community and are committed to helping charitable organizations throughout the Bay Area. In order to request a donation for you organization, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • All requests must be submitted online at least six (6) weeks prior to the date of your event. Click here to access the form.
  • The online donation form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.
  • Requests are limited to one donation per organization per calendar year.
  • Due to limited resources, we must limit our donations to groups in the Bay Area and only during baseball season.
  • Your request will be processed one month prior to the date of your event.
  • Donations are for charitable purposes only; we cannot provide sale incentives, corporate gifts or donations to for-profit entities.
  • We cannot accept personal items to be autographed by Athletics players or coaches.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
  • Organizations which receive a donation must complete an online reply form after the event, including the amount the item raised for the event, to be considered for future requests.
  • Though we congratulate your efforts, we are unable to support individual or company fundraising efforts (ex. Relay for Life, United Way Campaign, etc.) as we directly support the local chapter of all national charities.

We are unable to place follow-up calls regarding each donation request. If you have not received a response within two weeks of your event, please email the Community Relations Department at donations@athletics.com.
