Teacher of the Year nomination
The Oakland A's are teaming up with the California Lottery to honor local teachers in Northern California. Administrators, Parents, Students and members of the community are encouraged to send in nominations for the Teacher of the Year contest. Please write a letter of 100 words or less describing the ways that a teacher’s extraordinary efforts have led to success in the classroom. The winner will be recognized on the field before a home game at McAfee Coliseum. Nominations must be received by Aug. 31, 2007. Upon submission, all nominations become the sole property of the Oakland A's.
