The A's Box Office is located adjacent to Gate D on the Southwest Side of the Stadium. It is open for walk-up ticket sales (no phone orders accepted) to individual games Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. through the end of Spring Training. Tickets may also be purchased at the automated Ticket Kiosks located inside the Stadium at Gate D and outside the Stadium next to the main Box Office and Gate A. There are no additional fees and fans must purchase with a credit card.
The Right Field Lounge is a reserved, covered patio behind Section 119 just past first base for guests to enjoy a catered meal and watch the game. In this unique event space, groups can have an area with lounge furniture, patio games, and complete shade while also having the ability to view the game from field level stadium seats. The Right Field Lounge can accommodate a party of 35 to 120 guests. Discounted tickets for groups of 20+ also available. The A's Box office accepts Cash and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
All guests age two years or older must have a ticket for entry to an A's Spring Training game. Children less than 24 months are admitted free, but must sit on an adult's lap.
Prepaid Will Call tickets can be picked up using the original credit card used for purchase at the Will Call Kiosks located next to the Box Office and adjacent to Gate A
Third Party and non-paid Will Call can be picked up and dropped off at the designated windows at the main Box Office.
Player/Press Will Call is completely separate from the main box office windows. It is located on the south side of Gate D.
Tickets and related service charges are non-refundable.
In the event of a rained out game and the stadium gates are not opened, guests should retain possession of their tickets (rain check). If the game is rescheduled, their tickets will be valid for the new game date. If the game is cancelled and not made up, the fans will have the following options:
Infield Box Gold areas are between the bases (sections 113 to 114), below the walkway, in the first 4 rows. Infield Box areas are rows 5 & up in the same sections.
Field Level Gold areas are down the lines (sections 115-117-119 and 116-118-120), below the walkway, in the first 2 rows. Field Level areas are rows 3 & up in the same sections, and all of sections 121, 122, 123, and 124.
Terrace Box and Terrace Reserved sections are above the walkway in the grandstand. Terrace sections require walking up a flight of stairs to enter the seats at row 6 or 7, then steps down to get to the first 6 rows.
Terrace sections from 216 in left field to 215 in right field are mostly shaded areas. The first few rows may get sun for part of the day. Sections 217 & 218 are in full sun. Most 100 level sections will be in full sun all day.
There is access to the Terrace Box sections 209, 211 and 212 from the top of the grandstand by taking an elevator at C gate. There are also shaded seats at the top of the outer terrace sections (row 15) with no steps down.
There are ADA seating areas (i.e., wheelchair spaces and companion seats) in all price levels except Infield Box Gold and Field Level Gold.
The Terrace Reserved sections are bleacher bench seating with a backrest. All 100 level sections and Terrace Box areas are all fixed, individual seats. Lawn seats in left and right field are general admission areas, and are not available as season tickets.
The following policies serve as a guide for frequently asked questions. Stadium management reserves the right to change any policy as necessary. Any questions regarding stadium policies can be directed to Guest Services
A's Promotions: The Promotions Table is located on the Main Concourse right inside Gate D, and is our centralized location for A's services and programs provided at each home game. Every game you will be able to sign up to win that day's giveaways in stadium up until first pitch. In addition, fans will be able to view that day's starting line ups, obtain visitor's guides, and learn of any special activities for that game.
Aisle Policy: As a courtesy to others, guests are requested to voluntarily refrain from walking in aisles during play.
Alcohol: The City of Mesa, the Athletics, and Ovations promote the responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Alcohol sales cease at the end of the 7th inning. Alcohol sales are limited to two beverages per trip per guest. The right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest is reserved. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into, taken out of, the stadium.
Animals/Pets: Animals and/or pets are not allowed inside the stadium. Exceptions will be made for service dogs being used by guests who require them. Also, animals/pets involved in A's promotional events are allowed entry.
Autographs: Guests may request autographs from the players during batting practice and up to twenty minutes prior to game time, and again after the game is over. Guests may not request autographs at any time during play.
Automatic Teller Machines: ATM machines are located throughout the stadium in the following locations:
Bags/Coolers: Hard-sided coolers and large bags are prohibited from the stadium. Backpacks, bags, camera bags, purses, fannie packs that are no larger than 16 inches high, 16 inches wide and 8 inches deep are permitted, but are subject to inspection. This inspection includes any wheel chairs or baby strollers.
Banners: Banners are permitted at the discretion of Hohokam Stadium management. Banners cannot be commercial, political or obscene in nature, nor obstruct the view of any fans or ballpark signage. Banner poles and masts are prohibited.
Ball Retrievers: For the safety of our guests, ball retrievers are not permitted in the stadium during A's games. Guests must return them to their car before entering the stadium. Ball retrievers confiscated inside the stadium will not be returned.
Bike Parking: Bicycle parking is available outside of Gate D. The Oakland Athletics recommend you lock and secure your bicycle prior to entry to the stadium. The Oakland Athletics are not responsible for any damage or theft while left on property and bicycles are parked at your own risk.
Cameras: Cameras and videos are allowed in the stadium during Spring Training games as long as they are not for commercial use. Professional still photo or video equipment will not be allowed in to the stadium. Tripods, monopods, or any other steadying device is prohibited.
Carry-In items: All bags must be no larger than 16" x16" x 8". All bags, including backpacks and purses, are subject to search. Bags are not required to be plastic or clear. No cans, weapons of any kind (off-duty carry included), pocket knives, glass containers or alcohol are allowed into the stadium at any time. No hard-sided coolers of any size are permitted. Diaper bags are permitted in regardless of size, for guests accompanied by their babies. Strollers must be small enough to keep out of walkways and aisles or be checked at Guest Services. Metal detectors are used at Hohokam Stadium entry gates. Upon entry to the ballpark, fans will have their bags searched and will need to empty pockets of keys, mobile phones, and other items before walking through a metal detector. Car Trouble: Guests having car trouble while at Hohokam Stadium should contact the Operations Office if they need to place a call. Hohokam Stadium cannot assist with locked vehicles.
Code of Conduct: No one is allowed on the stadium field at any time without proper credentials. If anyone enters onto the field without proper credentials, he/she will be immediately ejected from the stadium without a refund. The same ejection rule applies for the practice fields. Anyone using obscene or abusive language or causing any type of discomfort to the guests around them will be asked by Oakland Athletics personnel to cease this conduct. If the offensive conduct persists, those involved will be subject to ejection from the ballpark without a refund.
Disabled Guests: Hohokam Stadium was built to comply with the rules and regulations of American Disabilities Act. Seating, restrooms, concessions sands and drinking fountains have all been designed to provide comfortable access to all. Any disabled guests desiring a wheelchair can request for assistance by visiting the Guest Services window inside the main concourse by Gate D, or by notifying any usher or parking attendant. Wheelchairs are permitted for transportation use only, and cannot be used for seating during the game.
Elevators: Hohokam Stadium is equipped with one elevator which services ADA guests, team/stadium staff and media personnel only. The elevator is located in the Main Concourse next to Gate D.
Exit and Reentry: To exit and reenter the stadium. Once the gates have opened and before the end of the 7th inning, guests should go to the first turnstile at Gate A or Gate D and show their ticket stub to the ticket taker. The guests hand and ticket will be stamped. The guest should reenter at the same turnstile showing ticket stub, hand stamp, and subject to a metal detection rescreen.
First Aid Offices: The First Aid Office is located on the Main Concourse by the 1st Base Breezeway. The First Aid Office is open for every A's home game.
Gates: The stadium gates will open for guest entry two hours before game time.
Intoxicated/Unruly Guests: The A's have the right to deny admittance to guests attempting to enter the stadium in a perceived state of intoxication.
Injury Disclaimer: The holder of a ticket voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this is issue, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
Lawn Chairs: Elevated lawn chairs are prohibited in Hohokam Stadium. However soft sided chairs in which the seat bottom rests directly on a surface are permitted.
Lost and Found: Lost and Found inquiries can be directed to Guest Services or by calling 480-907-5120.
Lost Children: If you cannot locate your child, please contact any of our ushers (burgundy shirts), security (purple shirts) or visit Guest Services to alert our staff. All lost children will be brought to Guest Services while we locate their parents.
Noise Makers: Noisemakers, cowbells, air horns, drums, and all items that project a noise are not allowed in the stadium.
Nursing Mothers: Mothers looking for a private area to nurse infants can go to the Guest Services window located on the main concourse behind home plate and by Gate D for access in to the stadium lobby waiting room.
Official Game: A game is considered official after 4 ½ innings have been completed. If a game is postponed prior to being an Official game, refer to TICKET INFORMATION.
Parking: There is a $5 charge for vehicle parking and a $10 charge for oversized and RV parking. There are no refunds once vehicle has been parked. The City of Mesa and the Oakland Athletics are not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles. Handicap-accessible parking is available by entering South Entrance off Center St.
Pay Phones: There are no pay phones at Hohokam Stadium.
Press Box: The Press Box is located behind home plate, above the Upper box seats. This area is restricted to members of the media, team and working staff and those who have proper stadium credentials.

Security Office: The stadium Security Office is located on the Main Concourse by the 1st Base Breezeway. The Security Office is open for every A's home game.
Scoreboard Messages: For a $40 fee, Hohokam stadium can display video board messages, inquiries may be directed to the Guest Services window on the inner concourse by Gate D, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All messages subject to approval of the Oakland Athletics.
Smoking Policy: Hohokam Stadium policy prohibits smoking. State law prohibits smoking in any restroom. Policy applies to electronic cigarettes and vaporizers as well. Smoking is permitted outside of the stadium in designated areas only. Guest will have to receive a hand stamp, ticket stamp, and be subject to metal detection screening to re-enter the stadium.
Stomper's Kid Zone: Stomper's Kid Zone is open every home game and is located in Centerfield between the two lawn sections. Children ages 12 and younger are welcome to experience our baseball themed inflatables, activities, Kid Tracker ID and receive an Honorary Stomper's Teammate Certificate. Stomper's Kid Zone is open the entire game and all activities are completely free with your game ticket. Parents must remain with their children for supervision. Stomper's Kid Zone may close unannounced due to inclement weather.
Stomper's Kids ID Program: Fans aged 12 and under may obtain a wristband with their name and seat location written on it for identification purposes. Kid's wristbands are free of charge and are available at the Stomper's Kids Zone tent located in Centerfield.
Tailgating: Tailgating in stadium lots is restricted to guests own parking spaces in front or behind their vehicles. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
Umbrellas: Guests may bring personal umbrellas not larger than 48' in arc into Hohokam Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other guests view or enjoyment of the game. Umbrellas larger than 48' in arc are prohibited. The Oakland Athletics reserve the right to prohibit umbrella use once inside the stadium at their sole discretion or if the umbrella affects the visibility of other guests.
