The Oakland Athletics and Seattle Mariners will participate in Major League Baseball's two-game 2012 Japan Opening Series this March.
The A's will play an exhibition game against the Yomiuri Giants on March 25 and an exhibition against the Hanshin Tigers on March 26. The A's and Mariners will then play regular-season contests at the Tokyo Dome on March 28 and 29.
The deadline to purchase tickets for the Japan Series was Thursday, January 12. Tickets are no longer available.
