Welcome to My A's Tickets
Your Online Ticket Manager

With My A's Tickets, you can easily manage your season and single tickets from a secure and convenient location on OaklandAthletics.com.


What you can do with My A's Tickets:
  • Season Ticket Renewals - Renew your season tickets and postseason, when available.
  • Sell Extra Tickets on StubHub - StubHub is now the Official Secondary Market Ticket Provider for Major League Baseball and oaklandathletics.com.
  • Transfer Tickets - Share your tickets with friends, family, colleagues or whomever you like with Ticket Transfer.
  • Manage Inventory - View a list of all your tickets from one online location.
  • To Do List - The "To Do" List is the communication network within your My A's Tickets account. It is the first thing you'll see when you login and the first thing you should review.
  • Account Update - Use the My Account Tab to update your account information including password, e-mail address, phone, credit card information, e-mail confirmation preferences, etc.

The online service is "open" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can manage your tickets when it is convenient for you. All transactions are performed electronically, which eliminates the time and effort needed to mail or give your tickets to others. The A's sanction the service and it's password protected, so you can be certain all transactions are safe.
  GETTING STARTED

To access your personal My A's Tickets account, click on the button below and enter the login and password that has been provided to you by the A's.

The first time that you login to your account, immediately click the My Account tab and select Change your password to ensure the security of your account. If you lose your password, you may request a new one at any time by clicking Request new password on the login page.

  TICKET TRANSFER

Share your tickets with friends, family, colleagues or whomever you like with Ticket Transfer.

To Transfer Your Tickets:

  1. Log into your My A's Tickets account using your A's season ticket number. (If you have forgotten your password, contact the Season Ticket Holder Hotline at 510-568-5600, M-F from 8:30am-5:00pm)
  2. If you have not already done so, select the 'My Account' tab, choose the 'Transfer Payment' Info button and enter the credit card that you would like to store on your account to pay for transfers. You must have a card on file to transfer tickets
  3. Select the 'My Tickets' tab at the top of the page.
  4. From your 'My Tickets' page, click the expand button (+) next to the game date you wish to sell. After clicking the expand button, all your tickets for that game will be displayed.
  5. Check the box next to each ticket you wish to transfer for the game day selected.
  6. After checking each box, a new box will appear at the end of each ticket. Enter the last four digits/letters of each ticket barcode. (Please ensure that the barcode you enter corresponds to the correct seat number)
  7. Select the 'Transfer' button at the bottom of the page.
  8. Review the create offer page to ensure that you have chosen the correct tickets that you wish to transfer, then select if the transfer will be to a Buddy or a Recipient*. Use the convenient drop down list of recipients that you have previously entered, or enter a new recipient. To add a new recipient, enter the person's full name and email address in the boxes provided.

    * Note: Transferring tickets to a Recipient costs $2.00 per ticket. Transferring tickets to a Buddy is free. Season tickets holders have a maximum of three buddies per season.
  9. Type a personal message to the recipient, up to 255 characters, in the space provided.
  10. Click the 'Transfer' button at the bottom of the page. The Recipient will receive an email with your personal message and instructions on how to accept or decline the tickets.
  11. If this is your first transfer offer, you will be prompted to enter a credit card to store on your account if you have not already done so (see #1, above). You will be charged $2.00 per ticket for each transfer that is accepted. If a transfer is declined there will be no charge. You may change your transfer credit card at any time in My Account tab.
  12. A transfer offer may be cancelled at any time before it is accepted.
  13. If the recipient accepts the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will no longer be valid for entry to the selected game.
  14. If the recipient declines the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation along with a personal message from the recipient. Your original tickets will remain valid.


How to Accept or Decline a Ticket Transfer offer:

If someone has offered to digitally transfer tickets, you will receive an e-mail notification. You will also see a transfer offer link on the To Do List page of My A's Tickets when you log in.

All recipients will need an A's account to accept ticket transfers. When they receive the email notification the link to accept will take them to the login page, where they can enter existing account info or create a new account.
  1. Click on the transfer offer in your To Do List.
  2. If you have already accepted at least one transfer, future offers will appear in your To Do List and you will not need to accept from the e-mail offer. Simply select the offer from your To Do List.
  3. Enter a personal message to the sender in the space provided (optional).
  4. Click Accept if you would like the tickets.
  5. Click Decline if you cannot attend the game.
  6. An e-mail with your personal message will be delivered to the sender along with notice of your acceptance or declination.
  7. If you accept, the tickets will appear in your My Tickets Inventory.

TICKET TRANSFER QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. How does it work?
Each of your season tickets carries a unique barcode. During the transfer process, the barcode on your original ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is e-mailed a new ticket with a unique barcode that can be printed using any standard printer.

2. What is the fee?
You will be charged $2.00 per ticket for each transfer that is accepted. If a transfer is declined there will be no charge. You may change your transfer credit card at any time in My Account tab.

3. What is a buddy list?
Buddy lists are free ticket transfers to select e-mail addresses of your choice. Season Ticket Holders are allowed up to three buddies per season. Once you enter your buddy list e-mail addresses, they cannot be changed.

4. What if I transfer a ticket and the recipient does not accept or decline the transfer?
If a transfer offer is not accepted or declined within two hours of game time, the transfer offer will expire without notice and the original tickets will be valid for admittance to the game. Be sure to remind your transfer recipient to accept the transfer and print their tickets.

  MY TICKETS PAGE

My Tickets is the database of your My A's Tickets account. On the My Tickets page you will be able to view, manage and track all activity associated with your season ticket inventory.

How to Use Your Inventory Manager:

1. Click the My Tickets tab.
2. View the list of all upcoming games for which you currently hold tickets in your My A's Tickets account.
3. Click on the plus (+) sign next to any game to see your seats.

How to use filter ticket views in My Tickets

You may filter your Inventory list to see only certain types of tickets by selecting one of the following views:

1. All Tickets for all upcoming games in your account.
2. Transfer Tickets only - tickets that you have transferred by e-mail to another person or are in a pending transfer offer.
