2014 Season Ticket Holder Policies and Procedures

Ticket Services Hours We're here to assist you!

The Ticket Services Office at the Coliseum, located across from the Arena Box Office, is open Monday-Friday from 10am-4 p.m. during the season. On game days, the Ticket Services Office is open three hours prior to game time and remains open until the middle of the 7th inning. The Ticket Services Office can be accessed from both the outside of the Coliseum and inside the Coliseum by walking up the ramp directly behind Section 120 or 113.

Season Ticket Holder Hotline

To make changes to your account, purchase tickets or parking passes, or for general information, Season Ticket Holders can call (510) 568-5600 Monday-Friday from 9 a.m - 5 p.m.. Tickets purchased or redeemed with credit by phone more than one week prior to a game must accept Print @ Home tickets to be sent directly to the email address on the account. Within one week of the game, tickets may be held at Will Call under the account holder's name for a $2.50 charge per order or you may use the Print @ Home option. You may also email us at tickets@athletics.com, or for the latest Season Ticket Holder information, visit our blog at ticketservices.mlblogs.com.

Exchange Programs Now Available Online!

Starting March 24, 2014, you will be allowed to exchange your 2014 season tickets for different games or for credit to your season ticket account to be used in the 2014 regular season. The Oakland A's offer multiple programs to guarantee full usage of your season tickets. These exchange programs will afford you maximum flexibility during the season.

Advance Ticket Exchange Return tickets online!

Return future tickets online to games you cannot attend at 12 p.m. (noon) 2 days prior to the date posted on your tickets beginning March 24, 2014. Tickets can be exchanged online by visiting athletics.com/exchange. The 12 p.m. noon 2 days prior to the game date policy is mandatory and you will need to provide your ticket bar code numbers.

You may also exchange tickets in person at the Oakland A's Ticket Services Office or by mail. Please mail the tickets to: Oakland A's Ticket Office, P.O. Box 2220, Oakland, CA 94621 or, as the A's are not responsible for tickets lost in the mail, it is recommended that you send your tickets certified mail to: Oakland A's Ticket Office, 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621.

If tickets are received by 12 p.m. (noon) 2 days prior to the game date, you may either select the game you wish to attend (tickets subject to availability) or exchange future tickets for a credit towards ticket and parking pass purchases to be used during the 2014 regular season only. Once you decide on the game you wish to attend, simply call the A's Season Ticket Holder Hotline, at (510) 568-5600, or stop by the A's Ticket Services Office at the Coliseum.

Please Note:
  • No future game returned ticket credits will be applied to subsequent seasons or to postseason ticket purchases. Credit accumulated via StubHub sales can be applied to subsequent seasons. Credit accumulated via StubHub sales cannot be applied toward postseason ticket purchases.
  • Non-blackout game tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets into blackout games. Blackout game tickets can be exchanged for tickets to other blackout games. Blackout games are Opening Night, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, San Francisco Giants, July 19 vs. Baltimore Orioles, August 23 vs. Los Angeles Angels, and September 19 vs. Philadelphia Phillies. Returned ticket credits cannot be used for tickets to these blackout games. Additional blackout games may be added at any time.
  • Returned ticket credits cannot be redeemed for the purchase of Diamond Level or Field Box Seating.
  • Diamond Level, Field Box and Luxury Suite tickets are non-exchangeable.
  • Future game season tickets can be applied toward Luxury Suite purchases. The credit is valid during the 2014 regular season and suites are subject to availability. Phone the A's Luxury Suite Office at (510) 568-5600 to coordinate.
Unused Ticket Exchange Programs More Games! Now applicable to Premium Seating Accounts!

Season Ticket Holders can redeem unused season tickets from 2014 games that have already been played. Redeem these "Expired Tickets" at no charge for the following games*:

  • Sunday, April 20 @1:05 p.m. Houston Astros
  • Tuesday, May 6 @ 7:05 p.m. Seattle Mariners
  • Monday, June 16 @ 7:05 p.m. Texas Rangers
  • Sunday, July 6 @ 1:05 p.m. Toronto Blue Jays
  • Tuesday, July 22 @ 7:05 p.m. Houston Astros
  • Wednesday, August 6 @ 12:35 p.m. Tampa Bay Rays
  • Tuesday, September 2 @ 7:05 p.m. Seattle Mariners
  • Sunday, September 7 @ 1:05 p.m. Houston Astros
  • Tuesday, September 16 @7:05 p.m. Texas Rangers

*Dates and Times of games are subject to change.

Tickets for these games can be exchanged for Field Level, Plaza Level, or Plaza Outfield seats regardless of original location and are subject to availability. One ticket exchanged per new ticket issued. The physical ticket from the expired game must be turned in to participate in this program, either in-person or by mail.

All Season Ticket Holders may participate in our "Extra Innings" program Includes Friday games!

As part of the A's "Extra Innings" program, you may redeem your unused season tickets, "Expired Tickets," from past 2014 games for a ticket to Monday-Friday games in the Field Infield (Sec 124-125, rows 21-38 and 110-109, rows 21-38), Lower Box, Field Level, or Plaza Infield for $10 per ticket (excludes 3/31, 5/26, 6/13, 6/19, 6/20, 7/3, 7/4, 7/7, 7/8, 8/1, 9/1, 9/19). The physical ticket from the expired game must be turned in to participate in this program, either in-person or by mail.

My A's Tickets Online Account Management

My A's Tickets provides all Season Ticket Holders the flexibility to edit account information, purchase season ticket plans and postseason ticket reservations, and transfer season tickets to any party with A's Ticket Transfer. My A's Tickets is found online at athletics.com/ticketservices. Your login is your season ticket account number, and please contact our Season Ticket Hotline at 510-568-5600 for your password..

Pre-Paid Parking Free Parking Tuesdays!

Only Full Season Ticket Holders who purchased the VIP parking are guaranteed parking spaces for A's only events. For A's games that feature an additional event at the Oracle Arena, it is recommended that you arrive early to ensure a parking space. The A's do not have parking autonomy during dual events. Unused VIP parking passes from a past game may be used as a general lot parking pass for any 2014 game, subject to lot availability.

Season Ticket Holders are able to purchase discounted parking to the general lot, but are not guaranteed a space with pre-paid parking passes. For sold out games, it is recommended that you arrive early to ensure a parking space. Parking is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is only one space permitted per parking pass. Parking passes can be purchased in person at Ticket Services, through the Season Ticket Holder Hotline or online at www.athletics.com/parkingpass.

General lot parking will be complimentary at Tuesday home games as part of Free Parking Tuesdays. VIP Parking books will feature a VIP Parking Pass for Tuesday games at no cost. Free Parking Tuesdays excludes the San Francisco Giants and any dual event at the Oracle Arena.

Oakland A's Ticket Reoffer Policy

Tickets can only be reissued to the identified account holder in the Ticket Services Office with valid identification. As it is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to maintain awareness of the tickets, you may be charged full face value to reissue your tickets if they are lost, destroyed, or left at home. The A's reserve the right to charge an additional $5 service charge per reissued ticket. If your tickets are stolen, the charge will be waived if a valid police report is presented.

Additional Ticket Policy Reminders:
  • Once a Season Ticket or Expired Ticket has been exchanged for a future game, it cannot be re-exchanged.
  • Season Tickets are non-refundable.
  • To exchange season tickets for different games or for ticket credit, visit athletics.com/exchange.
  • To transfer tickets electronically or post for resale on Stubhub, log into your My A's Tickets account at athletics.com/mytickets.
  • Once a ticket is transferred or sold via My A's Tickets or StubHub.com it cannot be overturned.
  • The Season Ticket Holder discount does not apply to additional individual ticket purchases made outside of the season package. Additional individual tickets, including Pre-OnSale Tickets, are not exchangeable.
  • Fielder's Choice plans must consist of 24 games with the same number of tickets for every game.
  • Seating is not guaranteed within the Fielder's Choice plan, and the A's will attempt to accommodate all Fielder's Choice seating requests subject to availability. Please note that if guaranteed seating is a priority, Season Ticket Holders are encouraged to explore our set game plans (Grand Slam, On Deck, Sac Fly) that have a designated location.
  • Non-Grand Slam plans can only be upgraded to the MVP Box price level in section 109-110 and 124-125.
  • Hit & Run and Sac Fly plans cannot be guaranteed their regular location for Opening Night due to the amount of games in each plan and shared locations. The A's make every attempt to find the closest similar seat location for Opening Night.
  • Prepaid parking passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Tickets purchased via the Season Ticket Holder Hotline can only be sent to the email address on the account or left in Will Call under the account holder's name for a $2.50 charge.
  • Tickets purchased or redeemed with credit by phone more than one week prior to a game must accept the Print @ Home ticket delivery option.
  • All 2014 non-season tickets will be priced base on current market value. Pricing can fluctuate based on factors affecting supply and demand.
  • For additional tickets outside of your season ticket package, STHs can purchase the same # of tickets at the regular or premium base price (depending on the opponent) as the # of seats in their package (e.g. an account with a 4-seat package can purchase up to 4 tickets at the regular or premium base price). The maximum # of base price tickets is 6 per account, per game. Any additional tickets beyond that would be at the current dynamic price.
  • Postseason rights and policies do not carry over year to year and are subject to change from the previous season's postseason.
  • The Season Ticket Holder Entrance does not guarantee gate giveaways.
  • Ticket exchanges and returns cannot be completed via the Season Ticket Holder Hotline.
  • When redeeming Season Ticket credit, in order to receive the discounted Season Ticket price, the credit being used needs to cover the full cost of the ticket.
