Oscar A. Worthy, President of Oscar's Ltd. is equally active in the community, service as Vice Chairman of the African-American Chamber of Commerce, a Speaker for the St. James AME Church for Black History Week, and a volunteer for the North Hills Community Outreach charity events.

Cronmiller Marketing was founded in 1948 by Wesley Cronmiller. His first product line was Zippo Lighters, which were very popular during that time. The fledgling Promotional Products industry and Wesley's business grew side by side and soon, Cronmiller Marketing was selling a full selection of products to some of the largest businesses in the Pittsburgh area.
Connie Cronmiller joined Cronmiller Marketing after graduating from Georgetown University. She began her career in sales and soon learned the business. She developed her own list of prominent clients, as well as learning the financial side of running a business. Connie started accumulating shares in the company in the early 1990s and completed full acquisition of the company by 2005. She retains ownership of Cronmiller Marketing to this day.
